sidebar and ie8 about w2ui HOT 4 CLOSED

I am planning go test in ie8 and hopefully have "progressive enhancement" compliance with it. Next 1.2 release will probably be in 2 weeks which will include ie8 basic complience. By the way, did you test latest from repo or 1.1 version? Latest from repo might be more compliant with ie8 because there was some work on it.

I fixed the error messages in IE8. However, IE8 is not fully supported. There are no error messages everywhere, but there are some minor visual defects.
