Todo: Follow and unfollow ideally should both be there when you look up a profile.
- Fetch their kind 0, kind 1, and few recent posts
- Follow/unfollow
- Send DM - kind 4
- Enter private chat (kind 14x)
- Fetch kind 0 and kind 3 of their follows
- Follow all their mutual-follows
- Follow all their follows
