手机开机时如果没有飞行模式下走代理，下面这个地址会直接走移动蜂窝网络而直接被判定为不可用

包含可用性检测的获取专用代理验证令牌链接：https://mask-api.icloud.com/v*/fetchAuthTokens

这个检测除了开机时会触发一次，其余触发时机未知，我也没发现其他手动触发检测的方法

另外专用代理检测走的是更底层的CFNetwork框架，不会被本机VPN捕获到，所以你开不开VPN对触发检测没啥影响，缘分到了就测了🤣

实测，从室外回到室内的情况下随机切换成专用代理，但插上电源基本上100%马上切换，所以大概能推测出插上电源那一刻会进行一次检测。
