Are the values in seconds, so 45s from editorconfig-vim ? That's unexpected.
Everything starts smoothly on the different test envs, including containers, etc.

I guess it's in milliseconds. The reason why I wonder I have to wait 4s before the file is loaded. Or is that normal? This is the details of the startup process https://hastebin.com/tokopomili

Even 4 or 5s is unexpected or at least not usual, see my startup time.
