You're right - the source map generation is what's doing it. BrowserSync sees that css.map file and thinks it needs a full refresh. I'll look into workarounds, and maybe into the BrowserSync source. For now, you can just disable source maps.

Should be getting css injection. Just upgraded some dependencies. I'll double check everything when I get a chance.
