Hey Heff,

I downloaded a fresh copy. Opened demo.html and it works in both. So why won't it work on my page then. Well after a lot of digging, here it is:

<p class="vjs-no-video"><strong>Download Video:</strong>
  ...
</p>

I deleted this because the people upstairs don't want a download option.
Apparently the no video class is mandatory because the controls won't show up if you don't include it.

Ah, good to know. So you could just remove the links for now, but I'll have a fix later today probably.

Also if you remove the class, I used:

.vjs-no-video {display:none;}

you will find that .video-js-box has a strange 2px bottom overflow. You can fix this by adding your specified object height to the css. So if your video height is 400px, you add height:400px; to the .video-js-box class in video-js.css.
