Thanks for the note!
Is the concern that we are reading polygon data for the wrong image?
I try to address this by visualizing the polygon.mat entry for each image (hint: if the polygon value is wrong ... this will show in the bounding boxes drawn on the image).
Hope this helps ... let me know if does not address the issue you are referring to.

I dont understand how the visualization should help? It is not possible to see anything as each frame goes by really quick.

I also think that there is a problem with reading the polygon.mat data, as the final bboxes in the csv file are not correct

Thanks for the note. You are right. I have pushed a fix to sort image_path_array.
I developed and tested my code on a mac where the unsorted array worked fine (it was in ascending order by default). I just fount out this does not work similarly on Ubuntu and needs to be sorted hence the need for the fix.
