这个我也遇到了，也不是不能访问，就是很慢。
抓包之后发现，我发起请求之后路由器不回我，然后就会触发tcp重传。多次请求之后，路由器总算回了一次，然后连接建立。

里面有个实验性功能 experimental: sniff-tls-sni: true 把这个改成false试试？可以在开发者选项加入这段 ruby_edit "$CONFIG_FILE" "['experimental']" "{'sniff-tls-sni'=>false}"
