Switching question 'tabs' about sx.el HOT 6 CLOSED

For the question tabs, I was thinking of something like this:

Newest | Featured (1) | Frequent | Votes | Active | Unanswered

The expression of this is very much dependent on the final question list interface, in my opinion. E.g., I've no idea how easy / difficult it would be to include this even above the header line in the current tabulated format (which I like a lot). If it's possible to start the tabulated data (as least visually) lower in the buffer, then interfaces like this are possible.

The issue at hand is not so much interface—though this is important—but it's the logical support of the functionality. This can be implemented with a defcustom stack-question-list-tab that the user can customize for his/her default tab and then the interface can alter for on-the-fly switching.

When we tackle this issue, we could use the header line for this. The current header line really doesn't convey much information, so I'm postponing with dumping it.
