Vaibhav Mehra's Projects
This is a learning project I have worked on. I got the COVID-19 Database for the United states of America and I created a d3.js based data visualizing webtool to examine the database during different time intervals and with different types of Graphs.
A website to visualize data, convert into various formats and to clean the data, basically preparing it for training it in ML/AI Algorithms
Deep neural networks for voice conversion (voice style transfer) in Tensorflow
A repo to contain input/output files of molecular docking of dna's hairpin structure
π¦ Raku documentation (tools and docs)
Perl 6 ecosystem β modules and more
Instructions on how to get started with NWoC :)
This is a tool created using Open-CV for registering any captured image. It typically means that we will do the foreground and background detection over any of the passed input image and then remove the foreground by cropping the image and finally straighten it so that it can be passed into further pipeline.
Lexi is an innovative platform designed in collaboration with Cambridge University. It serves as a state-of-the-art environment for conducting extensive research and experiments in the field of user interaction with bots and Language Learning & Modeling Systems (LLMS).
ML library for some basic algorithms
Open schemas for F.A.I.R. neuroscience data
Many examples of Raku code
This is a Hardcoded Simulation of the Brain's Inter Neural Space, simulating how a PolyPyrrole Nanocarrier will interact the Open State NMDA Receptors. We have simulated it in both 2d and in 3d. For 2d Simulation I have used python with pygames and for the 3d simulation I have used game engine Godot with GDScript.

A beautiful minimal and accessible portfolio template for Developers. Give it a star π if you find it useful.
The provided script can be added into the codebase of SPM8 or SPM12. Then you can directly run this script in your MATLAB runtime, the script will let you choose a .nii file and then will give you the volume of brain portrayed in that image. You can even choose a masking image over the original nii file and the script will then calculate the volume of only the unmasked section.
