We need to change the build setup again. Unfortunately, this will mean that we cannot offer file associations for Linux right now.

• Create a jar-with-dependencies
• Wrap that jar in a exe using launch4j
• Create an installer-jar for that exe
• Wrap that installer-jar as a windows exe
• Create a Linux installer that installs the jar-with-dependencies

However, we don't need to attach the Windows Installer jar as an artifact as no Windows user will use a jar file if he can download it as exe

from foklauncher.
