It would also be interesting to see how many commits and trees were filtered for which reason. Interesting statistics could be:
- The number of patches that could not be parsed because annotations were syntactically ill-formed.
- The number of trees that were filtered, because they were uninteresting for mining, with the information which filter applied how often (i.e., n trees were empty, m trees had less than two atomic patterns).
