Hi,
Unfortunately the original Kodi is not installable on webos.
Some time ago I started the kodi2webos project to produce just one client
for Kodi, that is, it would still be necessary to have the Kodi server
installed on some machine on the network.

@valverde-marcelo well, then a good idea will be to inform about it on the main page of the project because nothing said about it there and people can be frustrating about how to install kodi2webos and use it.
