For some users it seems like that full screen is the issue. When you set your resolution to 1920x1080, is that in full screen mode?

i have tried windowed fullscreen and windowed 1920x1080 but when i switch monitor it works in borderless but kills my fps for some reason. when i switch to windowed or fullscreen windowed it works for a few seconds before it decides to not be transparent anymore

Does this error still occur?
If so you can try out the Vulkan backend variant and see if you still encounter that issue:
