Thread "usb4java Device Scanner" is somehow not responding, it might have died.
If it dies, then we won't receive events anymore since it is single threaded.

We did two things in our app to resolve single thread issue:
- Don't start scan thread "usb4java Device Scanner" by setting org.usb4java.javax.scanInterval to 0
- Let our app to scan for events using Quartz Scheduler
After this fix, we not able to recreate the problem
from usb4java-javax.

This problem had been resolved after implementing the solution mentioned above.
