As a User, I want to be able to create a new account about staccoverflow HOT 3 CLOSED

So that I can access the platform with my own username and keep track of my questions

Acceptance test:
-Once a user gets to the home page they should see the login button on the top right
-The user clicks on the log-in button: gets redirected to /signin page
-They click on the signup button: gets redirected to /signup
-Once on that page they will see a text field to input email or username, two other text fields for password and confirm password
-Once sign up is pressed they will be redirected to the home page, signed in.
-If it has no text in either fields, the user will be prompted to input text (Fill out this field)
