Yes.

This flag needs to be enabled.
cache.autoReloadResources = true;

From what I can tell the whole AngelScript module gets reloaded. Urho3D
abstracts the module into what it calls a 'ScriptFile' so a series of
physical files may share the same 'ScriptFile'. You have to design the
reloading around these structures.

This is how it works to the best of my knowledge (which is limited)
