When the bounds are too restrictive, it's possible that the optimization algorithm can't find a solution. You can either try to have fewer or less restrictive upper and lower bounds, or increase the diag argument to the qpgraph() function. The default is 0.0001, and you could try setting it to 0.001 or 0.01.
