We're exploring an issue upstream with uncss where there are some quirks when working against multiple files. As soon as these have been resolved I'll let you know.

Currently the expected behavior is for the processed files to be concatenated, however, since we dropped the support for minification, I plan on deprecating this feature. I'll let you know when the change is made, since grunt-uncss' API would have to be changed as well :)

Could you test against the version on master? I believe this issue is now fixed.

I just deleted my uncss node_modules and downloaded the newest version. I ran a test and it's still concatenating into the second.

Sorry for the confusion, we didn't make the change yet. I'll hopefully ship the new version, along with some other fixes in a couple of days!
