Helpless. Rar will drop file to tmp folder and at that time, anti-virus will find it.

As @Wooyme said, WinRar would just encrypt it before being run/extracted, the original file that WinRar extracts would still be detected. That's why crypters usually inject whatever payload (file) they have stored in them. Crypters can usually be found on hacking forums, and protectors can be found online (they are almost always created by real companies). Protector cracks do exist though be careful, I would always recommend running a crypter or a protector (if it's cracked) in a virtual machine.
