Emoticons fail about python-slugify HOT 6 CLOSED

Hi @un33k, is the conversion of emoticons supported by python-slugify ?

Sorry, I don't have a PR. I was researching on different slugify libraries and facing this emoticons problem 😕 Also it looks like there is no clear idea how to convert those as far as I can see...
