On demand balance being drained far faster than actual usage about hub HOT 4 CLOSED

First of all, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

The account balance is subtracted only when training using the Ultralytics Cloud Training option, not when training using the Google Colab option. Based on the model's billing PDF you shared, only $2.27 were subtracted from your account balance while training the model you were looking at. Maybe you trained other models as well using the Ultralytics Cloud Training option?
I can investigate this further, what is your model's ID? You can find it in the URL of the model page.

I tried training with ultralytics cloud several times, and it just gives the message waiting for cloud instance to start, then after about 15 minutes that message goes away and it goes back to the original menu. No error messages or anything appear to indicate any issue.

I used the dataset validation tool to make sure there is no issue there and it reported no problems.

That's when I tried google collab option instead and at least that was working.

Edit: I never used google collab before and didn't realize that it has it's own pricing, I just assumed it was the same as the $0.74/hr that ultralytics cloud stated for the T4 Gpu. Can you help me look into why ultralytics cloud fails at the cloud instance provisioning step?

Yesterday we experienced an issue with our training instances due to failed driver installation. This caused requested Ultralytics Cloud Training requests to be put in a queue. After we resolved this issue, one of your Ultralytics Cloud Training requests was initialized twice for the same model. We have refunded this duplicate charge.
