Hi, to our knowledge it is not possible to usefully cache Apple related traffic as it is all encrypted (https).

Apple already has a robust and scalable caching solution via Conent Caching: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/what-is-content-caching-on-mac-mchl9388ba1b/mac
We have it implemented in our network and it works great for Apple device/software updates.
