Ugo Bruzadin Nunes's Projects
A plugin to run and test EEG pipelines. Open AutopipelinerUI_v2a and organize the codes as you wish. Combine the pipelines and test.
Binary Infomax ICA in C using LAPACK
I created this pipeline to compare a 1D, 2D, and 3D Conv Net on EEG data, to see which faired best to identify participants who are blinded and not blinded at an Innatentional Blindness paradigm. To show that a NN can identify people who are blinded is an incredible achievement.
CUDAICA on Windows
This repository stores all scripts to analyze MEG data from the eponymous manuscript.
State-of-the-Art Deep Learning scripts organized by models - easy to train and deploy with reproducible accuracy and performance on enterprise-grade infrastructure.
A list of all public EEG-datasets
A modded EEGLAB fork to centralize the defaults, and new scripts used by the INL team at SIU.
For Canvas instructors, allows to show all answers of all questions with more than 25 questions
Turn an epub or text file into an audiobook
EPUB to audiobook converter, optimized for Audiobookshelf
Tool to help us buy hard to find items.
Automatic EEG IC classification plugin for EEGLAB
A library of codes that are used in the Integrative Neuroscience Lab at SIU - C
tacotron2 -> waveglow to convert .epub into audiobooks
This is an EEGLAB extension that allows for the importation of cleaner (or dirtier) ICA/PCA components to better clean data.
Here I share the tasks I developed for my master's thesis. They are the first codes I have ever made so understand that they are far from optimal. They work OK, enough for what I needed at the time.
Dockerfile to build an Octave container
A Convolutional Net for Classifying Smokers via EEG
Neurodynamic Utility Toolbox for MEG
Contains the function for parallel dipfit
QuickLab is a plugin for EEGLAB. It contains a library of functions made to improve EEG data processing. The primary program is the Advanced EEG Data Editor, which centralizes all the functions I created in one unique, intuitive, and user-friendly UI.. This project was made so that I could complete my dissertation.
ROI connectivity analysis in EEG
Faced with the scenario of scalpers using bots to hog up all the inventory of popular holiday toys and sell them at ridiculously high markup prices, I decided to put up a fight so we can get our hands on things we need to survive the #Coronavirus quarantine(s).
In sum, this projects' goal was to show that it is feasible to use the model from one experiment to decode the other two, and therefore show that they share a common neural signal.
My personal repository
EEGLAB plugin with improved pop_prop and more
I created this sinmple script to plot a violing plot of our data for a grant application.
