Hi Olivier, I'm afraid you got hit by a bug not yet fixed in the repo. Please check if the jicofo and videobridge XMPP users were created correctly:
cd /var/lib/prosody/auth.YOURDOMAIN/accounts
And check there's a ".dat" file for each user containing their passwords. If the passwords are not there, remove the file and create the users with:
prosodyctl register JICOFO_USER auth.YOUR_DOMAIN JICOFO_PASSWORD
and
prosodyctl register VIDEOBRIDGE_USER auth.YOUR_DOMAIN VIDEOBRIDGE_PASSWORD

Hi Olivier, I'm afraid you got hit by a bug not yet fixed in the repo.
