@jwoods-ucsb , this is done in fec6c42. However, I cannot find a definition of non-commercial use from GitHub. Do you think this definition is needed?

@jwoods-ucsb I got further clarification from GitHub about the whole non-commercial use. The key question is, "are they a student at UCSB?" If yes, then the service is allowed.
So from that, I'd like to add the following sentence right before the "Features/Benefits" section
If you have graduated from UC Santa Barbara, you cannot have access to the UC Santa Barbara GitHub organization.
What are your thoughts on this?
