Input extracted data into Solr about aztecretrieval HOT 3 CLOSED

Updated github api code to get license information and date created for the repository

from aztecretrieval.

Script pushes all documents except those containing github/sourceforge data, need to modify schema.xml.

TODO:
Add proper exception handling so that documents get updated as much as possible
Modify schema.xml to take in all data, remove some redundant fields etc

from aztecretrieval.

Fixed script to push all data into solr and added proper exception handling.
Modified schema.xml and solrconfig.xml to avoid adding duplicate documents again by using name field as identifier.
Auto generated id field instead of manually specifying on addition.
