i did try toggling Stable > Beta > Stable but the issue persists.

I ran a Bazzite update and the beta update isn't being offered any more.

@JasonInOttawa Bazzite overrides Steam's update checker here: https://github.com/ublue-os/bazzite/blob/main/system_files/deck/shared/usr/bin/steamos-update
What you are actually seeing is the update for the OS. If you update Bazzite, the update notification should go away. As to why the channels are incorrect, I am unsure.
