Fix bootsplash (Plymouth) screen orientation on devices with portrait screens (such as handhelds like LGO) about bazzite HOT 6 CLOSED

This should be fixed upstream/in-kernel, but we can assign a karg to correct this until that happens.

Great, and can you confirm the orientation is still correct on your desktop?

Oof nevermind I confused my self with "portrait right" on Gnome, it's actually left_side_up. But other than that, I can confirm that Plymouth now show up in the correct orientation along with the desktop. OEM logo also show up correctly now.
