[Steam Deck] Wayland cant push the same resolution/refresh rate as X about bazzite HOT 3 CLOSED

If it works with X it's probably a Wayland bug IMHO. If you can't gather anything from the logs try to also open a bug report on their issue page, it should be somewhere on freedesktop IIRC.

Freesync is bugged on my panel and kills the output from the official Dock if it's on. Try to disable freesync and see if the situation changes.

I forgot to mention I dont use the official dock. I use a lenovo dock and tried disabling freesync on the monitor but nothing changed.

Like I mentioned my weaker intel laptop can do all of this just fine on the same setup even with hotplugging. So for now I just use normal X because something is clearly up with the Wayland/DisplayLink configuration. I used to use evdi or whatever when I had Arch installed on that laptop but I feel like it helped but it also caused these weird issues. I have latest Fedora Kinoite on it and it doesnt use evdi or displaylink services afaik.
