This will be implemented as:
- Wait for NTP (for calculating expiry) and DHCP (for hostname)
- Generate self-signed and use it initially
- Mint production cert via ACME using an embedded DNS client, solve DNS-01 challenges that have been forwarded to the BMC.
On first boot the account key is generated and persisted.
Configuration on what ACME server to use (default to staging, option for company internal server) and ToS acceptance and such to be added to a BMC config package.
