多分同じ問題ですが、コメント解除するときにコメント内のインデントが消えてしまいますね。

暫定対応ですがこれで filetype=zsh の件は直ったはずです。 b6ef882

これって多分、行コメントが範囲コメントとして処理されてって感じですよね?
範囲コメントの閉じ側が空だったら…とかでできたりしないでしょうか? (中の処理を見ずに適当言ってます)

正にそれやってました。
ついでにs:comments.onelineで何故か'commentstring'オプションではなく'comments'オプションをパースしてたので、'commentstring'オプションをパースするように修正してます（こっちが根本的修正）。
