Golang.org/x/crypto/ssh - The cbc ciphers were removed from the library a couple of years ago. Older routers and switches no longer share common cipher with this module, and therefore cannot complete the ssh session setup. As a result only devices with the more updated standards can be connected to. As a work-around I've added "aes128-cbc" to cipher list. Appears to have resolved the issue.
