Thanks for reporting!
Deployment to s3 via our CI is currently broken.
Instead of fixing, I'm taking using this as an opportunity to setup deployment via github organisation pages instead.
This way anyone with PUSH access will be able to deploy the site and update the protocol as well.

Alright, the tus.io site can now be deployed by anyone with push access onto github pages (vs our CI server).
I've also switched the tus-resumable-upload-protocol submodule from v0.2.1 to master so the latest version of the protocol will be deployed. Makes sense in this stage I think.
