Route Localization. Is this possible? about i18n HOT 3 CLOSED

My idea would have somewhere, maybe in Application_Start or Web Config the following:

LocalizedApplication = true;
LocalizeRoutes = true;
RoutesTranslationProvider = MyRouteLocalizationProvider;
IncludeCultureCodeInRoute = true;
CultureCodeVersion = CultureCodeVersion.LanguageAndRegion; (or CultureCodeVersion.Language)
UseCookie = true;

The Culture Code in the route route be a constraint as follows:
http://adamyan.blogspot.com/2010/07/addition-to-aspnet-mvc-localization.html

The Cookie would only be used to verify if a user has already its preferred culture defined from a previous visit.
And it would only be used when the visitor writes in the URL bar of the browser "www.sitedomain.com".

The Localization Provider would be used to translate the routes.

For a key word "Contact" would return "Contact", "Contacto", etc. For example:
http://blog.maartenballiauw.be/post/2010/01/26/Translating-routes-%28ASPNET-MVC-and-Webforms%29.aspx

And for course the links on the view must be translated using these rules.

I have seen a few localization approaches. In fact I used one with only Cookie and Session.

But in fact I think there is nothing really good done for MVC.
