FR: only enable on specific NSs about ckgedit HOT 2 CLOSED

ckgedit is built on fckgLite, originally DokuWikiFCK, and not on
wysiwyg, which saves it results as html. DokuwikiFCK, fckgLite, and
ckgedit are all parsers which convert the HTML to Dokuwiki markup. Far
different.

At the moment, I have no plans to implement the kind of config option
that you ask about. There are, however, a number of other mechanisms.

1. If you want the option of switching between editors, you can use the
   'switch' distributions, as described here:
   http://www.mturner.org/fckgLite/doku.php?id=switch
   Unfortunately, however, you must also install the switch version of
   fckgLite.
2. Another option is to use the DW Edit button, which will activate the
   standard DW editor. You can then move back to ckgedit by using the FCK
   Edit button from the standard editor.
3. Finally, because ckgedit is built on fckgLite, you can also install a
   direct link or button to the DW Editor:

The Drawback to this is that it loads only entire pages and is not
suitable for section editing.
