Just as a note I've lowered the variable_buffer to 5.

I've noticed issues where one time a print is too close then it's too far. I've just noticed the above issue so might be related.

what's the size of your bed? probably more than 180x150?

230x230 usable area is 230x218.

Closing this since it looks like it's just an issue with how the smaller mesh is being displayed in Fluidd or Mainsail.
