Use wkhtmltopdf 0.12.1 about tuespechkin HOT 5 CLOSED

0.12.1 will be incorporated as soon as the release is official (currently at release candidate 3.) I will keep this issue open and on hold until then.

They seem to be very, very close. See: wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf#1663

Keep this issue and I will include a hook to specify a file path in the next minor version. For the time being, TuesPechkin creates a temp folder named after the folder in which you program executable lives. You can manually swap out the file there. Note that this can have unexpected results, like 0.12.1 patches an issue with color vs. grayscale that 1.0.3 of TuesPechkin works around.
