Can you please do the following to debug this:
- Open a terminal
- Run
journalctl -f /usr/bin/gnome-shell - Press Ctrl+F9 to open the clipboard
- Use the arrows, v, p, etc
- See if there are any errors in the terminal

@Tudmotu When I run journalctl -f /usr/bin/gnome-shell, I immediately see the following errors:

But trying to use the clipboard extension via mouse or keyboard does not add any new entries to this log. Anything else I could try? :-)
