remove default values for `sudo` about travis-yml HOT 4 CLOSED

if there's no sudo specification, and the master branch has sudo: false, then you get sudo: false e.g.: https://travis-ci.org/travis-ci/travis-api/builds/448420151. HOWEVER, you must be using travis-yml, which is enabled for the travis-ci org and not for, say, my account.
