Create thread with 'loading' window about trackeditor HOT 3 CLOSED

Some tests has been tried, but it is not possible to block execution until the complete required funciton is executed.
The desired behaviour would be:

1. Launch function and progress_bar in separated threads
2. Block main app until step 1 has been fully executed.

I have got:

• Progress bar is stopped when function execution finished.

But...

• Main app goes on while step 1 is running. This provoke that data is not ready when trying to plot it.

Initial prototypes to create a progress bar where achieved:

However its implementation in final product produces a segmentation fault in tkinter. The execute_with_progressbarfunction, in utils.py, is created for this intention. Its use is commented in file_menu.py, where it aimed to show the progressbar while gpx file is loaded.

This enhancement is discarded due to:

• an error which can not be solved in the short term
• does not affect to app global behaviour

This can be re-opened in future.
