我是想本地加密之后直接上传到云盘，不经过alist上传以防突然大流量上传导致云盘账号异常，跨盘是因为我觉得读写分成2个不同硬盘快一点，不是指一个硬盘上的两个区

嗯可以的，本地加密可以正常使用的，你可以用 exe的客户端，运行起来 就好了。
