Thanks, I can make this adjustment. Since R is somewhat faster avoiding loops and using vector ops changing the enlarge.dll function above to:
enlarge.dll <- function(dll) {
ndlls <- length(dll)
server.args <- rep("-dll", ndlls * 2)
server.args[1:ndlls * 2] <- dll
server.args
}
There is probably something even more "clever" with apply and then a transform, but would be overkill. Feel free to do a fork and pull-request as / if you want to add features or fix bugs. I'll put this one in now ...
