Depend on pip about pipdeptree HOT 4 CLOSED

By the way it might even be possible to get rid of the dependency on pip and its internals. I see two places where pip vendored packages are used:

• pipdeptree/src/pipdeptree/_models/package.py

  Line 246 in bd4453b

  req_obj = Requirement.parse(req_version_str) # type: ignore[no-untyped-call]

  Here it could use packaging.Requirement instead.

• pipdeptree/src/pipdeptree/_discovery.py

  Line 27 in bd4453b

  dists = pkg_resources.Environment.from_paths(None).iter_installed_distributions(

  Here it might be a bit more difficult, but it seems it could use importlib.metadata.distributions (or equivalent backports).
