Difficulty with proxy configuration about tomcat-slf4j-logback HOT 3 CLOSED

Thanks a lot for your quick answer.

I've tried again from scratch on my own Unix account (which I know well what all settings are).
I was able to build without any changes in your provided files, but I had to define ANT_OPTS as mentioned and I also had to pass -autoproxy on the command line.

I think you could "won't fix" this issue.

I believe that there's something weird in our network in the office, since I had many other similar troubles.
Looks like there's some authentication problem or something related to Kerberos tokens or whatever. Looks like access to the web fails initially but if you try again a number of times... at a certain random point... you will be granted access and everything works just fine after that point.
