I'm also getting the last error in your list with the latest master.
ERROR Error: Non-assignable model expression: undefined (directive: leaflet)
Tracked it down to commit 67203f7 and found that removing line 51, leaflet: '=testing', at least suppresses the issue for the current master.
@tombatossals Based on the "=testing", not sure if this actually resolves the error, or just prevents issues from arising. I haven't looked too much into it other than just to "fix" the issue at hand.

You're right, the "testing" bi-directional variable needs more testing with the latest changes
I have reverted this line of code and everything seems back to normality. Can you confirm?
