Oops - It was due to Little12 tweak iPad dock setting. Thanks for this amazing tweak.

Weird... messing around with the settings more I noticed the 'Disable background' option works. However all the dock options (default, square, rounded, etc) looked the same. I then tried "Disabled" and now it's just a dock with no icons and I noticed it threw all my icons out of the folders there into my springboard. ๐คท
