@Ursometamorfo In a way, yes! Through a command: !g.
Any chat member may type !g hello in the chat, and the bot will generate a message starting with hello. You can also simply use !g, and the bot will generate a message just like with the timer. (!g is short for !generate, which works identically)

However, it's not possible for the bot to generate a message directly after someone sends an arbitrary message. It will only generate if that message starts with !g or !generate.

(If this doesn't do anything, then make sure that "EnableGenerateCommand" is set to true in the settings.json configuration file)
