The 'Multiple Certificate Status Request Extension' is kind of a dead proposal. We were considering adding it in gnutls, but It was never implemented by anyone, and TLS 1.3 didn't adopt it.

TLS 1.3 did adopt it.
extensions: A set of extension values for the CertificateEntry. The
"Extension" format is defined in Section 4.2. Valid extensions
include OCSP Status extensions ([RFC6066] and [RFC6961])
