Thanks! I'm certainly not going to pretend I have any idea what I'm doing on Windows.
I'd made a 32-bit binary available just in case I'd end up implementing proper support for handling 32-bit installs, so this was one simple workaround. I don't know in what other contexts besides Sysprep someone would run this script in the system32 dir and actually want to access the files later after an install, so I'm happy still using my workaround as I prefer the default behaviour of it downloading to the cwd, for all the cases where it's not run with --install (either on OS X or Windows).
Will definitely keep it in mind though!
